Rolling Stone published an article where they talked to 16 employees, 2 present and 14 past employees, who described working for Fallon a stressful and toxic environment. They also joked about the dressing room being crying rooms, and some employees claimed that Jimmy’s mood depended on if he was hungover from the night before.
Jimmy Fallon is apologizing for these claims, saying, “It’s embarrassing and I feel so bad. Sorry if I embarrassed you and your family and friends… I feel so bad I can’t even tell you. [I didn't intend to] create that type of atmosphere for the show. I want the show to be fun, [it] should be inclusive to everybody. It should be the best show,"
