Sometimes the truth hurts. According to experts most people beat around the bush when it comes to expressing how they romantically feel about someone, especially when it’s not good. To help singles, specifically men, determine the true meaning of how their crush truly feels, we developed a list of common cop-outs women use to subtly reject men.
- “I don’t want to ruin our friendship” - I’m not attracted to you, but you’re my friend and I don’t want to hurt your feelings
- “I’m just really bad at texting,” - I’m not really interested and I’m only responding to be polite.
- “I don’t post who I date on social media,” - I don’t want people to know we’re dating….at least not yet
These are just some examples of what a mixed communication looks like in a partner, and though these may seem upfront it’s important to use these examples as more of an outline of what you should be looking for in someone who may not be taking you serious.
Or experts suggest that singles take note when someone’s actions don’t match the sweet nothings they throw out.
Remember actions speak louder than words.
