Who would have thought that we would get THREE Venom movies before we got another Avengers movie? Turns out we're cashing all in on the Venom franchise because we just got the first trailer for Venom 3 aka Venom: The Last Dance!
Sony released the trailer yesterday with Tom Hardy coming back as Eddie Brock and the voice of Venom in what will be his final go as the character. The trailer tells us that The Last Dance will pick up immediately after the end credit scene in Spider-Man: No Way Home where Eddie is on the run, but this time he'll be transported back to his own universe.
There are some weird additions to the cast as Chiwetel Ejiofor shows up as a big bad, but he’s not playing Karl Mordo from Doctor Strange, and Rhys Ifans makes an appearance in the trailer, but we're not sure if he is playing Dr. Curt Connors/The Lizard from The Amazing Spider-Man or an entirely different character.
Check out the trailer below and tell us what your theories are so far!
Venom: The Last Dance is in theaters on October 25th and you can also check out the final Venom film's first poster below!
