If you tend to brag about your achievements to anyone that will listen, including online, you may be “confidence dumping.” Oversharing or bragging about your achievements can be helpful in getting validation.
It's not necessarily a narcissistic trait, or done on purpose, it could be because of ADHD. Alexandra Cromer, a licensed professional counselor who specializes in ADHD and self-esteem told Huffington Post, quote, “It might seem counterintuitive, but people with ADHD engage in this behavior when they are in a supportive environment with others where they feel they can be vulnerable and will not be judged."

- With every achievement, put an item in a jar
- Volunteer
- Use your wide range of support
