Trying to figure out where to buy your first home or where to live in general? According to a new study, places might be more expensive based on how close they are to a Starbucks!
Thanks to real estate agent Tatiana Londono, who went viral on TikTok, a study from 2018 revealed that homes that were closer to a Starbucks (even if it was in a grocery store) actually cost more than those that were farther away from the same Starbucks.
According to London, Starbucks opens new locations based on the demographics and population of each specific location and it in turn helps the area grow economically.
Londono also shared that the asking price can increase if a celebrity ever lived inside or near a house and even if the number on the address is lucky.
