You might want to choose another airport besides BWI if you're planning a flight in the next year because according to new research it ranked as the second-most disrupted airport from the past year!
BWI (Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport in case you never knew) had the second-highest amount of delays and cancellations in the past year according to travel app Hopper with 39% of all flights being disrupted.
Now this doesn't mean it's the airport's fault and it makes sense in some way because BWI is a hub for Southwest, which hasn't had the best track-record for the past year with multiple delays and cancellations because of weather or their systems being down.
Chicago's Midway International Airport actually took the top spot with 44% of all flights either being delayed or canceled so you may want to avoid flying there if you want to visit Chicago.
You can go HERE to see the top ten airports with the most delays and cancellations, but will this influence you to fly out of Dulles or Reagan or are you sticking with BWI!?
