You might want to improve the quality of sleep you're getting every night if you want your relationship to thrive in 2022 according to a new study that claims being sleep deprived can impact your relationship!

According to the study, your relationship can take a hit when you’re sleep deprived because of how tired you are and how "cranky" it makes you feel to other people. In the study participants reported more conflict with their partners on the days after they had a bad night’s sleep and now all of your relationship arguments in 2022 make sense - someone's just tired!

Poor sleep can also cause us to feel more hostile toward our partners since they're usually the first people we see when we wake up or at the end of the day when we're tired the most.

You can read more from the study HERE, but it might be a good idea to go to bed fifteen minutes earlier tonight!
