We love it when movies do fun viral promotions in random places, but that's not what was going on when this giant lizard terrorized a 7-Eleven in Bangkok, Thailand!
A video of a huge Asian water monitor (lizard) is going viral most likely because it weirdly timed out with Godzilla vs. Kong coming out on HBO Max, but because it proves that giant creatures are real!
The original video was seen over a million times before it had to be reuploaded, but you can see below the water monitor entering the 7-Eleven and then deciding to scale a shelf and knock down a ton of items.
Who knows if it was simply looking for the high ground advantage over any large monkey in the vicinity, but we think we might wait on our next trip to Thailand.
