Tearful Adele Postpones Las Vegas Residency
Adele was supposed to kick off her Las Vegas residency today, but she took to social media to announce that the whole thing has been postponed indefinitely.
A clearly emotional Adele told fans, “I’m so sorry, but my show ain’t ready,” adding, “we’ve tried absolutely everything that we can to put it together in time and for it to be good enough for you but we’ve been absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and COVID.”
Adele says that half her team and crew are currently down with COVID, noting “it’s been impossible to finish the show,” adding, “I can’t give you what I have right now and I’m gutted.”
Fighting back tears, Adele apologized for making the announcement so last minute, saying they’ve been awake for over 30 hours trying to make it work but they ran out of time.
“I’m so upset and I’m really embarrassed and so sorry to everyone who’s traveled,” she said, insisting that they are working on rescheduling the show, “I’m gonna finish and get it to where it’s supposed to be. We’ve been up against so much and it just ain’t ready. I’m really sorry.”

Jamie Lynn Spears Says She Tried To Help Sister End Conservatorship
Jamie Lynn Spears wants it to be known that she was NOT a part of Britney Spears’ conservatorship. She explained on the subject during the second part of her Call Her Daddy appearance.
In fact, Jamie Lynn actually looked into ways to get Britney out of the situation after the two of them discussed it during a Hawaiian vacation. They went to her court-appointed lawyer, Sam Ingham III, at the time. After the attorney made it clear that he wasn’t on Britney’s side, Jamie Lynn made other suggestions.
From what Jamie Lynn understood, Britney could get out from under the conservatorship if she moved out of the state for six months. “I told my sister, ‘Why don't you come live in Louisiana for six months, and guess what? It will just dissolve itself.’” She said that Britney spoke to the judges and lawyers she knew herself “on the phone a few times,” but she never went through with the move.

“I’ve been skinny my whole life therefore I have never liked to be completely naked,” Nick shared on his talk show earlier this week. “As much as I boast about being in shape … I hide under the covers.”
