Millennials 'Spend 39 Minutes' To Choose Their First Meal Of The Day

Breakfast. It’s the most important meal of the day, and for millennials, it’s also the most perplexing.

A new poll claims 24 to 38-year-olds spend an average of 39 minutes a day deciding on what to eat in the morning. There are just too many choices. And maybe we’re just hungrier at the end of the day but we spend about 25 minutes to deciding what’s for dinner. It probably helps that by then we’ve seen a bunch of our friend’s lunch Instagrams that have inspired us.

You can add another 33 minutes of time wasted deciding what to wear to our morning routine. And to all of you millennials out there saying you have no time to work out,I call BS,because this poll says our generation spends at least 37 minutes a day just staring into space. That’s nine days lost a year just daydreaming.Imagine if you were doing crunches in that time how great your abs would look right now.

If you’re amongst those that think there is just way too much to sort through on a daily basis, you’re not alone. 68% of the people surveyed say life is “too complicated” these days.Maybe our grandparents had it right growing up with three TV stations and two kinds of cereal.
