Bruce is President and Majority Owner of the Williamsburg Group, LLC., a private homebuilding company that started operations in 1983. Bruce acquired majority ownership of Williamsburg from the founder, Harry (Chip) L. Lundy and his family in 2014. He has over 38 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. Prior to Williamsburg, he was Division President for Lennar Corporation’s Maryland Division. Prior to Lennar, he was Chief Financial Officer for Patriot Homes, starting with Patriot in 1992 and helping engineer the sale of Patriot Homes to Lennar Corporation in 2002.
Bruce switched to an operational role at Lennar, first as a Vice President/Project Manager for US Homes’ DC Division, then promoted to Division President in 2005. Prior to Patriot, Bruce was in key financial roles with The Ryland Group, NVHomes and Diversified Homes. Bruce started his professional career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland.

Bruce is married to Renee Harvey, living in Fulton, MD. They have six children ages 26 to 42 and six grandchildren.
