Nelson Ruiz opened his first location in Bel Air, MD in July 2020. He has since expanded to three locations in Bel Air, Towson, and Gambrills, MD.
Before entering the restaurant industry, Nelson spent approximately 20 years in corporate leadership within the biopharma sector, following a brief career as a nurse. His leadership background includes strong business acumen, strategic planning and execution, marketing, coaching and development, and training expertise.
Nelson has lived in Baltimore County for 30 years. He is married and has two boys.
