Adam Kincaid, Vice President of Valor Home

Mr. Kincaid has established himself as a prominent figure in the construction and nonprofit sectors, demonstrating a remarkable ability to navigate and thrive in challenging environments. As the president of Valor Home since 2015, he has been instrumental in steering the family business toward success, particularly during the tumultuous years of the COVID-19 pandemic. His leadership and resilience during this period have been pivotal in transforming operations and ensuring continued growth. 

In 2022, Mr. Kincaid co-founded Operation Raise The Roof Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting military veterans. His commitment to philanthropy began in 2017 when he started donating through Valor Home. As the president, treasurer and secretary of Operation Raise The Roof Inc., he spearheads business development and community outreach with military veterans and Gold Star Families. 

Mr. Kincaid's educational background includes coursework in psychology and mass communication, an associate's degree in general studies from the College of Southern Maryland and a high school diploma from Calvert High School in 2000. The strong work ethic instilled by his parents and the inspiration drawn from his father's military service have been significant influences on his career path. His grandfather's legacy in the construction industry in Anchorage, AL also played a crucial role in shaping his ambitions.

Mr. Kincaid's contributions have been recognized with several accolades, including a state award from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in 2024 and citations from Governor Larry Hogan for his work with veterans in Maryland. He has also received multiple citations from the Department of Veterans Affairs for his dedication to the veteran community.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Kincaid cherishes time spent with his young family, which includes his daughters Charlee and Jolee and his wife Heather. He enjoys playing golf and fishing in his free time and spending time with friends, many of whom he’s known since his adolescence. 

Looking ahead, Mr. Kincaid envisions expanding Valor Home regionally up and down the eastern seaboard continuing to positively impact the Veteran community nationwide through both Valor and Operation Raise The Roof.
