Robert Quick, Chief Operating Officer of Harbor of Grace Recovery

Rob retired from the Baltimore Police Dept. after twenty-six years and a day. He performed a variety of supervisory tasks including acting as the liaison between the BPD and various federal law enforcement partners such as the DEA, ATF, FBI and U.S. Marshal Service. Rob specialized in crisis management at a mid-level management position and supervised hundreds of subordinates through complex, chaotic and very public law enforcement challenges. His belief in strong relationship building and accountability made him an effective leader. Over his career, Rob received eleven official commendations and numerous recognitions for performance and bravery. Since 2021, Rob has worked at the National Law Enforcement & First Responder Wellness Center at Harbor of Grace helping first responders who are struggling with stress, anxiety, PTSD, or substance use disorders. Rob served as Senior Vice President, Director of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer.  

Rob is a graduate of “the best all male high school in the State of Maryland” – Calvert Hall and the Police Executive Leadership Program at the University of Maryland College.
