Eva Hodsdon, Asset Manager at Trademark Properties

Eva Hodsdon serves as Trademark Properties asset manager, with a specialized focus on the redevelopment of long-vacant historic buildings in Baltimore, transforming them into high-quality workforce housing. With a deep commitment to preserving the city’s architectural heritage, Trademark has successfully completed notable projects, most recently the revitalization of 300 W Fayette and are currently working on the redevelopment of the historic Fidelity and Deposit Building in downtown Baltimore.

In addition to her hands-on work in urban renewal, Eva serves on the boards of both Charles Street Development and Market Center Development Corporation, where she provides strategic guidance to further the renewal of Baltimore's urban core.
