Cheers! Award-winning mixologist Colin Asare-Appiah stopped by to teach us how to make two speciality D’USSÉ cognac cocktails for the 2020 Oscars in the latest Off-Air With Sisanie above.
Colin made a classic sidecar fittingly dubbed for the awards show the Sidecar and also a crisp D’USSÉ Lemonade.

D’USSÉ LEMONADE:
1 1/2 oz- D’USSÉ Cognac
4 oz- Lemonade
Glassware: Highball
Garnish: Lemon Wheel
Method:
Add D’USSE and lemonade into an ice filled Highball glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
D’USSE Sidecar:
2 oz- D’USSE Cognac
1 oz- Grand Marnier
1/2 oz- Fresh Lemon Juice
Glassware: Coup
Garnish: Lemon Peel
Garnish: Sugar Rim
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Rim a chilled coup glass with sugar. Shake and strain. Garnish with a lemon peel.
