A New York City steakhouse is taking this Thanksgiving side dish to the next level. Old Homestead Steakhouse is offering what they are calling “the world’s most expensive” sauce — which costs $195 per dollop!!
According to Old Homestead Steakhouse’s instagram:
Old Homestead’s family Cranberry Sauce recipe dates to the 1900’s. This Thanksgiving, we’re elevating grandma’s recipe just a smidge! Our cranberry sauce will be made with a $4400 bottle of Taylor Fladgate Scion Vintage Port, edible 24k golden flakes, white truffle shavings at $1,500 a pound, and Manuka Honey from New Zealand at $100 per pound.
