This may seem like a tradition that's silly to some, but for me its a must-do at the beginning of the year.
I'm not one for doing NYE resolutions only for them to fizzle out in a week. No shame to anyone that does, but I'm more about setting plans and intentions into motion for a lifestyle change. I can tell you with all truth that since I started doing these in 2017 EVEYTHING I have manifested and believed in has come true.
