There is a new dating term that is actually positive and we love it.
It's called "Bless and Release." Dating coach Liily Womble explain on Tiktok (below) that when you're dating someone and just not feeling it you should “bless and release” them: you wish them well and let them go.
Lily goes on to explain, quote, “You’re telling them that this isn’t right for you so you can own what you want and move forward."
She also says, "When you give yourself permission to know what is right for you, you’re opening up the space for those who are better for you and better for the other person as well.”
