There are two types of texters in the world: the rapid fire, multiple text texter or the paragraph texter... and they usually marry each other.
Just kidding. They tend to dislike getting texts from the opposite kind of texter.
According to a HuffPost article, if you are a paragraph texter tere may be a reason for it. At least according to the experts. Here were a few takeaways from the article:
- You may have an anxious attachment style: Alternatively, a short texter is more likely to be avoidantly attached.
- It may be a generational phenomenon: Gen X are less likely to text, Millenials are more likely to text and Gen Z texts, but also use social media to communicate.
- It could be a gender thing: women tend to be more likely to text longer messages.
