According to an article in RV Travel, pink plastic lawn flamingos is a secret symbol for swingers. Nanci Dixon, who wrote the article, said she learned this from her RV neighbor.
This isn't just being used in RV Parks, they're starting to pop up on cruise ships and in front of homes too.
