BYU is Paying People to Taste Food

OK this is a job we want and definitely would've liked as a broke college student eating ramen noodles daily.

Brigham Young University (BYU) is paying students to eat free. SIGN ME UP.

The campus' Food Sensory Lab  recruits students to test a variety of foods. The manager of the Lab, Amanda Rees, said they help food manufacturers and restaurant chains "collect consumer data."

The research includes testing new items, changes to recipes or recreating a product, like an item from a competitor. The Food Sensory Lab collect the data, analyses it and writes a report.

Those who participate get paid between $5- $20 to eat free food.
