Friendly reminder that we're a little over a week away from "Halloweekend" aka the weekend of Halloween where you can count on most adults celebrating and if you're still in need of a costume this year then Google Trends is here to save the day!
The popular trends database just released its FrightGeist of the top searched costumes in the US and it looks like 2022 is the "year of the witch" as it took multiple spots in the top fifteen results.
Interestingly enough, dinosaur costumes were the most-searched for costume in DC and pirates seem to be the more popular costume in the Baltimore region according to search results. Here are the costumes that made the top fifteen according to Google Trends:
