There are new dating trends almost every week, but this might be the one trend in 2022 that we can all get behind and it's called "oystering!"
The new trend is essentially referring to when someone post-breakup decides to embrace being newly single and get back into the dating game instead of moping around. It also refers to the realization that newly singles are free to date who they want, how they want, and when they want.
According to research from the dating app Badoo, almost half of singles (46%) say they’re excited to start dating again while 50% are “ready to get 2022 off to a strong start romantically" so we're all ready to "oyster!"
