Lizzo is officially a character in Star Wars y'all!
The Grammy-winning artist made her official debut in the franchise set in a galaxy far, far away in the latest episode of The Mandalorian called "Guns for Hire" and apparently dressing up as Grogu for Halloween two years ago was a tease of what was to come.
Lizzo plays a character called "The Duchess" who also happens to be married to Jack Black's Captain Bombardier who run the planet Plazir-15 in this week's episode of The Mandalorian takes place on.
Now we won't spoil the scenes they actually have in the episode, but we will say that Lizzo gets a lot of screentime with Grogu and now we're hoping that both Lizzo and Jack Black get action figures and Funko Pops! in the near-future like every other Star Wars character!
