Matthew Mullen (Matt) is President and Chief Executive Officer of Arundel Federal Savings Bank.
Matt's career in Banking began 20 + years ago. As President/CEO, Matt will be responsible for the Bank’s growth strategies, governance matters and oversight of daily operations with a focus on expanding commercial banking, lending initiatives, and continuing to deepen the Bank’s commitment to community and relationship building.
A Maryland native, Mullen graduated with honors from Salisbury State University majoring in Political Science with a Pre-law emphasis and a minor in History and Spanish. While there, he was also the Captain of Varsity Tennis Team. He is a graduate of the Maryland Bankers Association School of Banking.
He is a Past President and former Board of Director for Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna. His previous Banking affiliations include Credit Quality Committee, Revenue Enhancement Team, Efficiency Committee, Asset Liability Management Committee. He is the Former Cecil County Recreational Leagues Little League and Soccer Coach. He is a strong advocate of Economic Empowerment.
Matt was previously the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Rosedale Federal.
