Keith Goldman has 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry, and has operated as an independent restaurateur, a franchisee and a franchisor. He co-founded California Tortilla in January 2003 and served as its Vice President from then until January 2012 when he was named President/Chief Operating Officer. Earlier this year, he was named President/CEO of the chain. Keith has also been the company's Secretary and has held a seat on the company’s Board of Directors since its inception. He is also co-owner of the California Tortilla Restaurant in Potomac, Maryland, and has served as Director of Operations for Mid Atlantic Management Associates, a Potomac-based operator of fast-food retail establishments, since 1998. Earlier in his career, he was a Territory Manager for U.S. Foodservice in Severn, Maryland. Keith holds a BA from Tulane University and earned a Master’s Degree from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
