Drake shared another update about his upcoming album and talked about his thoughts on hitting the boxing ring during a live-streamed event that has everyone talking.

Drizzy and streamer Adin Ross hosted a live gambling stream via Kick on Sunday night, April 13. During their stream, Drake confirmed he's actively working on his upcoming solo album. He previously alluded to the project while he was on tour in Australia but now it's clear that The Boy is cooking up something new even while his latest hit "Nokia" from his recent project with PARTYNEXTDOOR continues to impact the charts.

"Working on a new album right now," Drake told Ross. "It's a slap."

Drake's next album would be the follow-up to his For All The Dogs LP, which he dropped in 2023. He teamed up with PND earlier this year for their joint album $ome $exy $ongs 4 U, but the project was geared toward the ladies. His upcoming album would be his first solo project since his beef with Kendrick Lamar exploded last year so fans are convinced he may speak on the situation on the project.

Elsewhere in the conversation, Adin Ross asked Drake if he would ever get into the boxing ring. The Grammy award-winning rapper instantly said no, but then the conversation became more interesting. Ross asked how big the bag would need to be for him to jump in. Drizzy was going to ask who he would fight before he stopped himself and laughed. Neither Ross nor Drake named any names, but it's more than likely they were referring to Kendrick.

"If we're fighting, we'll fight at Hino's Gym or something like behind closed garage doors," Drake responded while referring to Nigerian pro boxer Hino Ehikhamenor, who trained him in the past.
