Anything is possible these days. Including us writing a title such as "Man Sues Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Because "Vagina" Candle Supposedly Exploded."

TMZ has reported that a man named Colby Watson from Texas is suing Gwyneth Paltrow's company, Goop, because after purchasing and burning the "This Smells Like My Vagina" candle, he claims it exploded. According to the article, Watson first lit the $75 candle back in February and after burning for "an estimated three hours or less," it became consumed by flames and "exploded"...leaving the room filled with smoke and the jar charred.

Watson apparently acknowledged that the candle's warning label on Goop's website suggests only burning the candle in 2 hour increments.

He believes he could have suffered injury from the incident and is suing Goop for over $5 million for breach of warranty and products liability.

TMZ reached out to Goop and they responded by saying "[w]e’re confident this claim is frivolous and an attempt to secure an outsized payout from a press-heavy product. We stand behind the brands we carry and the safety of the products we sell. Here, Heretic—the brand that supplies the candle—has substantiated the product’s performance and safety through industry standard testing."
