Photos from Twitter users show that black smoke has accumulated at the Domino Sugar factory off of Key Highway in Locust Point in Baltimore.
According to reporting by FOX45, firefighters have gone up against a fire in one of the silos and there are reports that one has collapsed. All buildings have been evacuated.
