For the first time in 87 years the Rockettes will not take center stage Radio City Music Hall for their annual Christmas Spectacular.
The venue's owner, MSG Entertainment, announced on Tuesday, August 4, that the 2020 Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes would be cancelled amidst the coronavirus pandemic.
"We are disappointed for everyone involved with the show, as well as for the many fans who make the Christmas Spectacular a cherished part of their holiday tradition," the company said in a statement. "All tickets for the 2020 production will be automatically refunded at the point of purchase."
But the show must go on! Tickets for the 2021 season are already on sale.
