Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom honored their engagement anniversary on the most romantic holiday of the year.
The happy couple, who became engaged last Valentineโs Day, took to social media to exchange sweet messages in the name of love. Celebrating on Instagram, the โHarleys in Hawaiiโ vocalist posted a series of photos from the pairโs Valentineโs-themed anniversary shindig, along with a loving message.
โOne year ago I said yes to a life of love and evolutionโฆ and definitely never a dull moment ๐โ Perry wrote of her sweetheart in the heartfelt post, to which her hubby-to-be replied, โWe donโt do dull doe โค๏ธ"
In the picture gallery, below, Perry and Bloom can be seen embracing each other in front of a heart-shaped rose arrangement. The superstar dressed for the occasion in a Prada dress, heart-shaped earrings and matching heart-shaped belt, whereas the English hunk opted for an old-fashioned, all-black outfit. Making the event even more special, the lovebirds were joined by family and friends, who are all wearing custom hoodies inscribed with the coupleโs initials โOK.โ
As fans know, Bloom popped the question with an extravagant helicopter ride last February, presenting the musician with a flower-shaped diamond with a pink gem at its core.
A week ahead of their anniversary celebration, Us Weekly reported the stars have locked down a wedding date set in April. After delaying their initial ceremony in December, a source revealed the couple had โchanged the timing due to the location they want,โ adding that there will be two ceremonies. โTheyโre going to have one local wedding party,โ the source revealed, โand the other will be a destination wedding party."
