Adidas cut ties with rapper, Ye, formally known as Kanye West after various antisemitic comments. In a statement posted Tuesday Adidas said:
“After a thorough review, the company has taken the decision to terminate the partnership with Ye immediately, end production of Yeezy branded products and stop all payments to Ye and his companies. Adidas will stop the Adidas Yeezy business with immediate effect.”
So what does this mean for sneakerheads? While everyone is wondering what exactly will come out, we do know that Adidas owns the rights to the sneaker designs.
