Clutter Is A Total Libido Killer for Millennials

Have you ever elected to go back to your date’s place because yours is a dump? Or skipped out on shacking up with someone because their apartment looked like it should be on an episode of hoarders? You’re amongst friends.

A new survey found 52% of men and women are more likely to have sex with their partner in a cleaner, clutter-free home. And if that’s not enough to start your spring cleaning early, maybe this will.

The study also showed millennials are most sensitive to clutter. Yes, a messy home hits our libidos more than any of the older generations. For example, 39% of Boomers said "they'd be more likely to have sex with their partner in a clean, clutter-free home." But that number jumps up to 67% for millennials.

And sexism be damned. It turns out men and more turned off to clutter than women. Just about three out of four of men said clutter would stand in the way of getting it on, compared to 59% of women.

The bottom line is if you want to get dirty in the bedroom, you better clean it up first.
