OK. It has been over a year and a half since we were gifted season 3 of Stranger Things on Netflix and 15 months since (spoiler alert if you have not watched season 3) we found out that Hopped IS in fact still alive.
But could we be getting more information as soon as tomorrow from either Hawkins, Indiana or Russia? POSSIBLY.
The verified @strangerwriters account on Twitter (aka the show's writers' room) shared two cryptic tweets today (May 5): one simply asking "are you ready?" and the other linking to a YouTube video with copy of 9 clock emojis and the head exploding emoji. If you click on the link, the video is a minute and 50 seconds of TVs glitching in and out at the HNL Control Room with what appear to be rooms with rainbows and games with blood splatters on them. The caption for the video reads "Due to technical difficulties, Hawkins National Laboratory will be closed until further notice. We will be back in service tomorrow at 9:00AM ET."
9AM EST. That sounds like a prompt that something is coming tomorrow morning if you ask us. What do you think?!
